Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for IVY. If something isn’t right, email us.

Subscriptions

IVY Vine is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Free trials

If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged. No action is needed other than cancelling via Settings before the trial period expires.

Exceptional circumstances

If you were charged in error, experienced a significant technical failure on our end, or have another reasonable concern, email support@ivy-writer.com within 14 days of the charge. We review these case by case and generally side with the customer.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have statutory rights including a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services purchased online. This right may not apply if you have already started using the service and have expressly agreed to waive it. Contact us if you believe this applies to your situation.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country.
